How To Play

Swipe left or right to select your character. At the start of the game Maxwell is your only choice. The rest of his friends are trapped in bubbles. To save them you must gather as many stars as you can and use them to buy their freedom.

While in flight simply slide your finger around the screen to move the character, dodge rocks and collect stars. Note: You do not have to put your finger on the character to move him.

During your flight through space you may run into your friends floating by trapped in their bubbles. To save them just crash into their bubble to pop it.

Each character moves more swiftly through space than the previous. This will help you achieve higher scores and increase your chances of saving more friends.

Some stars flash white and yellow.

These "super stars" appear after every 20 stars you catch and come in groups, gather every star in that group to get a shield complete with speed burst. This shield allows you to fly right through rocks without injury. But beware, the shield won't last forever.

The flashing shield will slow down as it's power is running out.

After each game you play the facebook and twitter icons will be enabled. Clicking these will post information of your last game played. Each status you post will earn you 50 stars.

Numbers Add'Em

Objective

Your objective is to add up to as many target numbers as possible in the given time by dragging your finger across the numbered cells on the game board. Selected cells will wobble. Lift your finger when you are done selecting.

Note: You can select in any direction as long as the numbers are touching each other.

Buttons

- Restart game.
- Brings you back to the main menu.
- Brings you to and from the info page.
- Syncs high scores with the global high scores. This is only visible if your scores are not synced.
- Lets you tweet your scores. This is only visible if you set up your account in the games settings.

Difficulty Levels

Easy - (target numbers 1 - 25)
Medium - (target numbers 5 - 30)
Hard - (target numbers 10 - 35)
Expert - (target numbers 15 - 40).

Each level has rapid fire mode (selectable on the menu page). This mode changes your target number every five seconds. So be quick!

Scoring

You are scored by the amount of cells used to create each target. For each cell used you will also receive an extra second on your time.

Multiplayer (*new)

Multiplayer allows you to play any of your friends over bluetooth. You are always the red ball and your opponent is always the white ring .

Walkthrough for connecting to multiplayer.
  • Step 1: Click multiplayer on both devices.
  • Step 2: Wait for device to appear in either device list.
  • Step 3: Click the other device name on one device only.
  • Step 4: Click accept on the other device.
  • Step 5: Select game options on the server device.
  • Step 6: You are now playing multiplayer.
In multiplayer there are some differences. Two new achievements are possible.
This is achieved by using 3 or more of the same color cells to achieve the number. When used points will be drained from the other player. The number of points drained is the number of cells selected * 5.
This is achieved by using 6 or more cells to achieve the number. When this icon is used the other players cells will shake for the number of cells selected * 5.

Getting A New Target Number

If you cannot find a combination of cells that add up to the target or you just don't like the number just give your device a shake and it will change.

Bonuses

Time Bonus - If every cell used in created a target number is the same color you will receive two seconds per cell instead of one.

Note: Time Bonuses do not apply when only one cell is used.

Rainbow Bonus - This is triggered by making the target number 5 times in a row. During this round you receive four extra points per cell. This rainbow bonus round will last as long as you continue to select the correct cells to add up to the target number. One mistake and the round is over.

Rainbow Bonus x2 - This is triggered by making the target number 10 times in a row. During this bonus round you will receive 9 extra points per selected cell. This rainbow bonus round will last as long as you continue to select the correct cells to add up to the target number. One mistake and the round is over.

Note: Shaking the device for a new number will count as a failed attempt at the target number.

Extras

You may have noticed the section at the top allowing you to enter cheat codes. These are to enable new features to the game. There are two ways to get these new features. Win them by achieving high enough scores in a single game or to find the cheat codes somewhere. When you unlock a feature you will be given the code. You can then unlock it on any other device. Once unlocked it will remain unlocked.

Settings

These settings are located outside of the application. You can access them by going to the settings icon on your device. In there you will find an area labeled Numbers. There you can do four things.

Select more time for your game (High Scores will be disabled).

Turn On/Off Selected # Display. This refers to numbers in the upper right corner that show you what values you currently have selected. If Off these numbers will not appear.

Turn On/Off Add Em For Me. This will change the selected display from showing what numbers you have selected to the total of the numbers selected. Selected # Display does not need to be turned on for this feature to work.

Twitter - You can enter your username and password to enable the ability to tweet your score to your friends. The twitter button will appear on the high score page clicking the button will post the score you just got.

Perfect Touch iPad

This application is similar to Perfection. The object of the game is to place all of the pieces into the holes before time runs out.

Difficulty Levels

The difficulty levels do one thing. They make it harder to place the item in the holes. There is more leeway in placement on easy and less room for error as the difficulty increases. Enjoy!

Unlocking Levels

Levels are locked until a highscore is achieved on the previous difficulty setting. Any highscore at all will unlock the next level.

Saved Games

Saved games are very simple. While you're playing, if you exit the app your current game gets saved. Only one game can be saved at a time. If you open the app and have a saved game a continue button will appear. Click continue to play the saved game or play to start new. If you start new and don't want to save click menu from the items menu and click yes on the alert. This will exit to the menu and not save your game. At this menu you can either continue to previously saved game or leave the app. (If at the menu a game you started will not be saved.)

About the game (Hints)

Your objective is to safely escape from the room. There are things hidden around the room to aid your escape. To find them look for anything out of the ordinary. Navigation is easy tap left to look left, right look right, up up and down down. When looking at the ceiling or floor tap the bottom of the screen to go back to looking at the wall.

I can't figure out the code to the safe.

The safe code is probably the most difficult part of this game and I've seen many complaints about being stuck at this part. I was hoping to create a challenge but it may have been too tough. Please read through this help guide slowly because in the end I will just give out the code.

Hint One

The code to the door is gotten from the letter.

Hint Two

The capital letters on the letter are the clue.

Hint Three

Find ALL of the capital letters

Hint Four

The date on the letter is part of the code

Hint Five

M stands for Month, D stands for Date, Y stands for Year

Hint Six

Put the number for the month when you see an M, Number for the year when you see Y and Number for the Date when you see D.

I can't get out of room two

Room two is pretty challenging as well. The idea here is that you need to beat the game of hangman on the wall. How do I do this. Well, the way hangman is played is that incorrect letters are written on the wall. If you notice there are six lines to fill and only five letters missing. This means one letter is repeated.

What letter is repeating?

The repeating letter is E.

Where are the E's?

E _ _ _ _ E

I still don't know it!

The answer is E S C A P E.

Okay I know the code but how do I enter it?!

The floor lights up when you touch it. If you assume the floor is alphabetical from top left to bottom right you click the correct order and something special will happen.

Walkthrough

Welcome to the Escape The Room walkthrough.
You wake up in a room looking at a door with no items only the hand. (The hand is only needed to deselect items.)
Tap the left arrow to look left. On the pinboard you will see a knife. Grab the knife. Also take the pad off of the desk and open the garbage can to find a key. The top drawer is locked and you still don't have the correct key.

Tap left again. This view has nothing for you to find. Tap left again. What's that shiny thing at the bottom right of the mirror. Click it. You found another key. Wonder what it's for. Tap down and click the hatch. You'll find a safe and a crowbar. Lets go back to the view with the desk. Click the items button at the top right and select the key to the left of the safe. Then click on the locked drawer to unlock it. Unfortunately the drawer is jammed. Wonder what we can use to unjam it. Go to your items and pick the crowbar and use it to pry open the drawer.

You found a letter. Go to the items list to read it. The clue here was described above in the I can't figure out the code to the safe. The idea here is to use capital letters along with the date on the paper to figure out the combination. March, You, Must, Detail, You. Month, Year, Month, Day, Year. 319873201987. You must follow your code with the # button. That will open the safe and give you another key. Click the bottom of the safe to go back to the item list. Use the key under the safe on the door you saw when you first started. And you escape!

The first room...

The second room you'll see a played game of hangman. Man he really sucked. No letters right. He did however figure out what letters aren't there. Lets not worry about this yet.

Time to look around. Click left you'll see a window. With something shiny on the bottom right and something on the bottom left. Grab those. You now have tinder and a key. Look left again and you'll see the door back to the first room. Left again something shiny in the door. Click it, you now have a lockpick set. Look down, you'll find a pencil and you might also notice the floor lights up when you click it.

Hmm... Back to hangman. If you look through you'll notice the missing letters are A C E P S but theres six spaces. One letter repeats. Above you'll find the explanation of this part. The answer is ESCAPE.

But now how do you enter the code... Well lets go back to the items list. You have a pencil and a pad with the top page ripped off. Why don't we rub the pencil on the paper and see if we can get the written message to appear. Click the pencil and then the pad. Now you can read the paper. Telling you what I've just told you here about the floor. To enter the code look at the floor and assume the top left is A and move from left to right and down just like you read. Enter the code escape into the floor and something happens.

Look around and you'll find a drawer that appeared out of nowhere. The top drawer has nothing in it but the bottom drawer is locked. Go to the items list and click the lockpick. Use the lockpick on the bottom drawer. You'll find a single strike anywhere match. If you look up there's a smoke detector... How can we use this to our advantage.

Go to the items list. You now have tinder and a match. Hm.. Click the match and then the tinder. The tinder bursts into flames giving off smoke. Select the burning tinder and click on the smoke detector. The smoke alarm sounds and the fire dept. is on there way to open the door locked from the outside. You've now escaped.
Hopefully you figured out most of this yourself and enjoyed the game. I hope it was challenging enough for you but also enjoyable.

About the game

Your objective is to safely escape from the car. There are things hidden around the car to aid your escape. To find them you must tap around the screen. If you need any help please feel free to e-mail me at the e-mail address listed above.

If you are having trouble moving around the screen chances are you need to click the items button and select the hand.

To look down, click the bottom of the screen, to look back up tap the bottom again. To look at the ceiling click the top of the screen to look back down click the bottom of the screen. Look left by tapping left and right by tapping right.

Escape The Building

Escape III (The Building) is the third of the iPhone escape games.

In order to make your way through the room there are a few things you'll need to know. Lets begin with the buttons on the main screen. When looking at the first view you will notice four buttons. Each of their functions are described below.

The Eye

The eye is used to allow you to change between two types of views. The aerial view of the room (used to find items you've dropped as well as other items that may already be there) and the first person view used to look around the room and potentially open doors.

The Hand

The hand is very important, it's how you pick up items. If you see an item and tap it and nothing happens it's because the hand is not selected. Simply click on the hand and then pick it up. The hand will turn gray when selected black when it is not selected.

The Info Button

You already know what this does, it brings you here. If you'd like to return to the game click it again. Top right of this screen, scroll up.

The Items Button

Possibly the most important of the buttons. This will bring you to your items. Looks like there's plenty of room doesnt there. Well there's a catch, you can only carry a capacity of five. Some items take up more capacity than others. When you pick up or fail to pick up an item you will be told the capacity it needs. If you'd like to use an item simply click on it in the items list. This will bring you to a new view with choices, you can either drop the item, use the Item or just hit cancel and nothing will happen you will be brought back to using the hand by default. When looking at the items list the bottom right of the screen will tell you how much capacity is available. If you click the items button and do not want to select an item or have no item to select simply click the items button again to go back to the previous screen.

Using an Item

Once you've selected to use an item all you have to do is click to use it in the correct place. For example if you have a key and choose use just click the door and it will be used. You must use the correct key on the correct door or you will be told the door is locked.

Some items don't have a use button. That is because as long as you are carrying them they are being used.

Dropping an Item

When you choose an item and pick drop you will see the aerial view of the room you are in. This is intentional, you may only drop an item on the floor. Even if you drop it on a table from the aerial view it will only be seen from the aerial view so keep that in mind when trying to find items you've dropped.

Moving Around

Moving around consists of tapping different portions of the screen. If you would like to look at the wall to your right click the right part of the screen. If you would like to look at the wall to your left click the left part of the screen.

Final notes:

Please keep in mind this game IS beatable. It may be tough but it is beatable. I currently have no hints or walkthroughs for you but hope that in future updates they will be available. If you have any questions concerning problems you might find while playing please let me know.
